Suggestions for beach break -relaxing and not too crowded

Looking for suggestions for a one week break in August. Beach front accommodation self contained or resort. Interested in snorkeling, hiking, good food and relaxing. Not too commercial but not isolated
Indian or Pacific Ocean locations preferred. Mid range prices
