Orbitz Honorable?

Jump to last reply

My daughter and I are planning a week in Paris and booked a hotel thru Orbitz. My visa card was charged, reservation confirmed. The price (hurry! only a few rooms left at this price!) appeared "too good to be true" and with fear of showing up in February in Paris at night and having some kind of issue, I called Orbitz and have now been told to call them 5 times, this last time they told me they would call me.... It appears the deal really was too good and I guess I am glad I called to double check, but now I think they want to charge me more...do I have any recourse? Has anyone else ever had an issue with them not honoring a paid and confirmed reservation?

Any info would be helpful as I am now waiting to hear what they have decided!
