On-line air tickets

Jump to last reply

In the past, I've always gone through the airline companies for tickets and have never used on-line services. But I just found a great fare to Paris from Cheapair.com.

Now, what?

Does anybody know anything about Cheapair? Any horror or happy stories? After I pay, when/where do I get my tickets? It's with a major airline. How can they be cheaper than the airline?

Please, any other info you can offer would be appreaciated.

Thanks,
