November destination ideas

Hi! I need help picking a place for a week holiday. We will be traveling the last week in November. I am currently living in Nigeria with my husband and 2 kids. My 11 year old suggested Spain and my 5 year old suggested Turkey...but hubby wants somewhere with nice weather. We want to stay within Europe and African regions...any suggestions?
