Traveling with 3 year old and staying in hotels with Queen size beds. Previously used a Pack n' Play when traveling but has outgrown. Any recommendations for travel friendly bed rails? We are flying so looking for a compact option?

There was a topic awhile ago discussing this and I can't find it now. I think one of the options was an inflatable bedrail thingy, Bedbugz.
Can you ask the hotels for extra pillows and block the kid in between two lines of pillows?
Also discussed was taking a small inflatable mattress (think like you might have for camping or sleepovers) and putting that on the floor.
