Need Recommendations for Travel Friendly Toddler Bed Rails?

Traveling with 3 year old and staying in hotels with Queen size beds. Previously used a Pack n' Play when traveling but has outgrown. Any recommendations for travel friendly bed rails? We are flying so looking for a compact option?
