Moab, Utah tour guide companies - Referrals?

We are staying at the Red Cliffs Adventure Lodge in Moab for 5 days in September and interested in 1/2 day 4x4 jeep/hummer and mild white water rafting excursions -- would like to know what expedition companies you recommend and what companies to definitely stay away from.
