Spring break in late March with two boys, 19 & 21, would like warm, beach, snorkel, spend about $4000 for 4 people including air/lodging. Can the Cayman Islands be done or should we go to Jamacia or Cancun? A few side trips ok, but really just want something more laid back, even with the boys!

annette: You will get better response on the various destination-specific boards. Re-posting on Mexico/Central America and/or Caribbean will get your questions seen/read by hundreds more people than on this general Travel Tips board.
How long are you hoping to stay for that price? $1000 per person for a week seems kind of low to me for those places at spring break.
That said, I like Negril Jamaica and Puerto Vallarta Mexico very much. On the Caribbean side of Mexico you could check Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Isla Mujeres, Cozumel.
