Never heard of one. Students are more likely to stay at hostels, anyway. Or couchsurf. You could try asking STA - www.statravel.com
Why should they?
www.hostelz.com www.hostelbookers.com
www.betterbidding.com better than student discounts
for hotels bidding Priceline.com
statravel offer best rates for students generally, not all hostels either
Have you ever been to studentrate.com? They have discounts like 20% off Wyndham Hotels, discount with CheapOstay and STA, and other travel and non-travel discounts for students.
Here's a Wyndham deal from deals.com http://www.deals.com/coupons/wyndham.com

Hotels are expensive! Some of these deals look good though. I checked out studentrate.com and studentcity.com and they both look legit.

Post on Lonely planet's Thorn Tree forum. It caters to a younger crowd on a budget.
