Itinerary, Hotel and Restaurant ideas Montreal and Quebec City

This is our first trip to Canada and are planning a one week stay in February between both cities. We would love to ski 2 days if possible while staying in Quebec City as well -- Mt St Anne or Le Massif? Or is it worth the trip to Mt Tremblant? Please recommend any hotels, restaurants and must sees! We prefer boutique type hotels and small quaint restaurants. Thanks!

You may get a better response if you post this on the Canada Forum.

Le Germain is a nice boutique hotel in Montreal.

www.mountainvertical.com will help you decide.

How do you plan to get b/t Montreal & Quebec City? Fly? Train? Drive?

Just realized I posted in wrong forum....thanks! We'd like to take the train to Quebec, but could rent a car if necessary. It doesn't sound like we will really need a car once we reach our destinations. I've also read about a shuttle from Quebec City to the slopes.
