Is This Itinerary Change Possible Or Am I Dreamin?

Hello, I posted help for a 10 day itinerary earlier today and since then have become very interested in visiting Orvieto. We arrive in Rome on Feb. 6th (9am) and depart Venice on Feb. 15th around midnight. Thanks in advance for your feedback :)

Day 1 9am- Arrive in Rome
Day 2- Rome
Day 3- Train to Orivieto and overnight...or back to Rome?
Day 4- Afternoon train to Florence
Day 5- Florence
Day 6- Day trip to Siena/back to Florence
Day 7-Travel to Venice-day in Venice
Day 8-Venice
Day 9-Venice and catch 11 pm flight home

Are we trying to see too much? I could shorten the Venice trip to 1.5 days or kill the Orvieto trip. Please let me know your thoughts!

Of course, any help with accomodations in any of these cities is a big plus...we plan to spend 150-200 USD night.
