Fraud internet-booking

Has anyone booked hotel with Hotel-Board.com?
I did, last november. Booked hotel in Funchal,Madeira 2 weeks in april.
Because of flight cancellations in april do to volcanic eruptions in Iceland
I called the hotel to cancel my booking.
Hotel said the booking had been cancelled 2 days earlier.??
I asked who did ,and was told "the company" ?
If I had been there, no hotel.
I talked to my VISA card provider, they back-cashed my money to my account.

But: HOTEL-BOARD.COM is a FRAUD company.
Do not use that website..! !
