Europe Trip Itinerary Check
Hello responders. I am trying to organize a last minute europe trip for June 1 (this year!) for myself and my girlfriend. The trip has a maximum length of 23 days. We are both in our late twenties. We would like to see London (very briefly) at the beginning of our trip to get over our jet leg. Then we would like to head into Germany to see Berlin, Wurzberg, Rothenberg, Nuremberg and Munich. Next we would move on to Italy to see Florence, some small towns in Tuscany, and Rome. Lastly, we would like to travel back to France to visit Paris where we would end our trip. I have outlined a more detailed itinerary below:
Day 1 - Full day in London
Day 2 - Full day in London
Day 3 - Flight (London to Berlin) in morning and spend the rest of the day sightseeing
Day 4 - Full day in Berlin
Day 5 - Full day in Berlin
Day 6 - Morning and afternoon in Berlin, flight in the evening from Berlin to Wurzberg
Day 7 - Wurzberg, see some sites in Wurzberg, then go to Rothernberg by train (stay overnight)
Day 8 - Morning (till noon) in Rothenberg, then train to Nuremberg (see sites), stay overnight in Nuremberg
Day 9 - Morning in Nuremberg, train to Munich (for afternoon and evening)
Day 10 - Munich
Day 11 - Munich
Day 12 - morning flight from Munich to Florence, spend rest of day in Florence
Day 13 - Florence
Day 14 - Train from Florence to Siena in morning, spend rest of day in Siena (rent a car for use tomorrow)
Day 15 - Drive Siena to Montalcino, afternoon in Montalcino, drive to B&B in Pienza
Day 16 - Explore tuscany in the car for a day (visit Montepulciano)
Day 17 - Drive Pienza to Chiusi (drop off car), then train to Rome
Day 18 - Rome
Day 19 - Rome
Day 20 - Rome
Day 21 - Morning flight to Paris, spend rest of day in Paris
Day 22 - Paris
Day 23 - Paris
Please give me some criticism or suggest how I could do things better. Have I allotted enough time in Paris? Thank you so much in advance for any help provided.

It's an ambitious schedule.
You don't mention where you're flying in from but if it involves crossing multiple time zones, you're going to be exhausted when you land in London.
Does the above itinerary include your arrival and departure dates? If it does, you're going to be a hurtin' puppy on Day 1 and might be too rushed to see anything on Day 23.
Also, too little time in Nürnberg IMO. Either add a day or skip it.

I would say: London, Berlin, Munich, Florence, Rome and Paris. Even then, that less than 4 days in each spot, NOT including travel in between, too much!!!
Maybe fly directly to Berlin? Then fly to Rome, maybe Venice (as someone mentioned previously) and then to Paris? That seems more do-able.

Yes, move this to the Europe forum, but my advice would be to fly direct to Berlin and work your way to Paris by train alone, fly to Rome, then fly back making a stopover in London on the way home. I'd have recommended starting in Rome, but it's usually more expensive to fly there.
FYI: You may find that it's cheaper to go Rome to London and then fly back from Paris. That's another viable option. But I wouldn't fly within Germany
