Driver in London

Does anyone have a reliable driver/car in London?

I have limited walking ability and can't use the Tube so usually take taxis everywhere and they are very good, but not always available,especially after theatre at night..

It would be good to have a car you can call when needed. I know that sometimes minicabs can be called but you can't always get them.
