dollar rental car, at Excalibur hotel Las Vegas

The hotel has an office of Dollar rent a car. But, by internet I cannot reserve a car to pick up at the Hotel. Why? Their office at MGM hotel does same. They seem to let us pick up the car at the airport and return to the airport. I don'l like to rent a car at the airport after the long flight.
