As janisj has said, you should post on the Asia Forum with a tag for South Korea. In that post, say WHAT airport you are flying to and WHAT city you need to reach. In the meantime, you might find some helpful information in my trip report -- just click on my screen name to find it. Good luck!

Hey Marissa Paul, As Janisj and Kja said you have to post that thread in Asia forum, but its ok for now as i know your new to that community and also don't be so nervous my dear. I am already lived in korea. that is really a beautiful place and people are also really good. don't worry about anything. firstly you just tell which city you want to go?? i 'll tell you whole location and criteria to reach that particular place. Good Luck!!

That's only four days, so you shouldn't need much stuff. Obviously, take your passport, and ATM and credit cards after telling the bank(s) you will be traveling.

Go to:

http://english.visitkorea.or.kr/enu/index.kto

http://www.visitseoul.net/

for info on travel in Korea.

Go here for airport info, including how to get to Seoul from the airport:

http://www.airport.kr/pa/en/a/index.jsp

Or read this:

Do you have a hotel reservation? If not, check booking.com

If it's available, I found the Hostel Korea 11th - Changdeokgung clean, affordable (for Seoul), and well located; I have no idea if they have any availability.

Good luck!

Welcome home to both of you! Thanks for letting us know you managed.

I would not dare suggest a name for something as personal as a favored toy. Instead, I recommend the advice of T. S. Eliot, who spoke of cats (not toys):

I'm sure your daughter can come up with some GREAT names if encouraged to do so.
