Belize in 10 days

So I am planning a 10 day trip to Belize and after reading the forums know that my trip should be split into the inland and the coast. In the inland I want to see the Mayan Ruins, visit the jungle (ATV riding), and the rainforest (zip line). Any recommendation on which areas are the best and if I should skip any of the above.

Now for the coast, I want to go and see to the most pristine beaches, should I go to a specific island off the coast? Also any recommendations for diving?

Lastly, if anyone has any romantice recommednations that would be great. I am also on a budget so nothing over the top expensive.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
