I was researching hotel rates in Dusseldorf for July and the best rates by far were with Easyclick.com. I've read mixed reviews so am a little bit afraid to give them a try.
Has anyone else used them?

Doublecheck prices against both www.venere.com and the actual hotel's website. There are a lot of hotels that guarantee the lowest rate.
Already contacted the hotel. They offered a better rate but couldn't match it... Will look at Venere. Thank you.
Just to follow up, I ended up booking with EasyClick's sister company, LastMinuteTravel Club. I booked online while I had a representive from EasyClick on the phone. It was actually a touch less expensive so she said to go for it. I got an amazing deal-- almost half of what my room would have cost anywhere else. I immediately e-mailed the confirmation to my contact at the hotel, waited a week and followed up to be sure they had received my reservation. They did and all is well.
