WOW Argentina
We will be travelling to BA in April. While there we plan a side trip to Iguazu Falls. I have put together prices for the airfare and hotel. WOW Argentina offers the same accomodations and airfare for a slightly higher fee BUT it includes transfers and taxes...therefore making it almost equal to our own pricing with more offered. I'm wondering how they can do this and if anyone has had any dealings with them. Thanks

I have used WOW Argentina for years. Although I know well Argentina, and have two daughters living in Buenos Aires, I have found extremely useful to deal with them.It is not only the pricing
but the way they offer 24/7 help by keeping in touch. They have adviced me of changes of itineraries in local fllights which happen way to often in Argentina and replaced them with the best possible. I have to confess that after so many years making reservations through WOW I have became almost like friends. Another thing they are registered, bond and issured travel agency I am afraid that this cannot be said for many agencies or individuals that offer their services. Which might be good or bad, but they are not officially registered as they should be.
I believe they have checked almost everything hotel they recommend or any other service. They have evaluated and only them recommend it. Have a great trip to Argentina.

We had a very good experience with WOW Argentina, particularly on our trip to Iguazu Falls. I share Graziella5b's enthusiasm for them, even though we only made one trip to Argentina.
When you have them arrange your trip, you are buying service. Let me explain what I mean. When we were departing Iguazu Falls, there was some sort of mechanical problem that actually required our plane to return to the airport shortly after takeoff. We were delayed about 3 hours and I was quite concerned about getting back to BA that night, missing the driver (arranged by WOW Argentina) waiting for us in the airport arrivals area, and having our hotel reservation canceled because we were no-shows. I was able to persuade an Aerolineas ticket agent to call Cintia Stella on her cell phone (provided to us for 24/7 emergencies). Cintia reassured me by saying that she was already aware of the delay, knew that we would definitely be departing that evening and had informed our driver and the hotel of our revised schedule. Needless to say, I was much relieved and everything worked out, just as she said it would. I can ouly imagine how difficult it would have been to try to deal with this mess myself and not speaking any Spanish.
