Three in the morning here so this will be a short answer. Air Canada can get you from Sydney to Toronto, Ottawa, Halifax, Toronto, Lima.
LAN can get you from Lima - Cuzco - Santiago - Sydney.
LAN and Air Canada are not partners. There might be a way to do it with LAN, Qantas and American airlines (all partners) but it would be a very weird route in Canada. In fact it doesn't make sense. You can fly from Santiago to Sydney on Air Canada but it takes 45 hours back through Canada.
Phew but thanks!
