I am taking a trip in late February hoping to fly into Punta Arenas then taking the W circuit trek in Torres del Paine. We would like to travel on to El Calafate and El Chalten but not sure the easiest way to get there and back to catch a plane out of Punta Arenas. Any one have info for this problem.

I haven't done this, but there are tour companies out of Puerto Natales that do this. The major one and has a website is
http://www.chaltentravel.com/
Chaltén Travel and Always Glaciers are both Argentine companies which do trips to TdP from El Calafate and back. No doubt they could move you in the opposite direction and back. Many people get them from TdP to El Calafate if they are heading on to Argentina. For the return, you would want to check they can take you to Puerto Natales and not just the park. Or there are buses which move from El Calafate to Puerto Natales bypassing the park. You could combine the two options.

Remember you still have to get from PN to Punta Arenas, so you might have to overnight.
