Travel Between Buenos Aires Airports

My wife and I will be travelling home to the UK from Iguazo on 26th October. We first land in Buenos Aires AEP and then our next flight is from Buenos Aires EZE 3hours 10 minutes after we land. Although we have booked connecting flights through eDreams i assume that you have to pick up luggage from one airport and arrange transfer yourself to the next?

Looking at other forums it seems like the airports ar 45-60 minutes apart and a taxi qill cost £30-£40 so i am sure nothing to worry about but any reassurance would be gratefuilly received (our flight from Iguazo is with Lan Airlines)
