I cannot say for sure, but I would bet they will be.
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day are the days that you need to be concerned about .. but those markets like to be open as much as possible.
Same with the Sat/Sun Feria in Recoleta.

Oops...the day after Christmas is Saturday, not Sunday. I am trying to decide whether San Telmo market is a 'must see' or not, as it now really doesn't work with our itinerary. What do you think...should I rearrange to accomodate it?
