Reservations for Cerro Tololo Observatory

Has anyone visited the observatory in Vicuna? Somewhere it said that you need reservations a month ahead of time but I can't find anywhere on the Observatory's site for making reservations. We will be in La Serena in the next few days so appreciate any tips in that area.
