Reliable taxi in Buenos Aires

We will need 2 transfers in Buenos Aires:
1. EZE -> AEP (should be as quick as possible, just 6.5 hours from arrival to departure)
2. AEP -> hotel Intersur Recoleta

What taxi company would be the best ? I would like to avoid "fast meters" and going in circles :)
