Public Transportation from Puerto Natales to El calafate

Hi:
I am desperately trying to find out if there are evening buses that run from Puerto natales to El Calafate. I tried to book the evening flight between these two cities through DAP, but they wrote back saying they have no such flights(while it exists in their web-site). Please let me know if there are any evening buses or flights available. i will really appreciate your responses because I will be leaving in few weeks. Thanks
