We have three full days in both cities and are looking for a few recommendations. Hotels are already booked in Bella's Artes, Santiago and Recoleta, Buenos Aires.
1. Best airport to hotel transfers (will have large suitcases)?
2. Good restaurants?
3. The can't miss sights/museums?
4. Best free walking tours?
Thanks in advance!

2. In Santiago, an eclectic selection with consistently good reputation, would be: Mestizo, Le Due Torri, Pinpilinpausha, Astrid & Gaston, Liguria (noisy but full of character), Como agua para Chocolate, El Huerto (veggie), Jewel of India, Boulevard Lavaud (funky & nostalgic), Olan (Peruvian).
4. Free Walking Tour of Santiago (TA) is very good (and just for tips).
I enjoyed the Aristocratic Tour in Recoleta with BA Free Tours, but didn't have time for the other one.
