Looks pretty good to me but a couple of suggestions-
Day 2 - go straight to Ollantaytambo and use days 2&3 to explore Ollantaytambo, Chinchero, moray, maras and leave Pisac for later.
Day 6 - get the early bus (or taxi) to Pisac and spend the morning at the ruins - if feeling fit walk up and back down, if not get a taxi to the top and walk down. On the way back jump off the bus at Tambo Machay and walk back down to Sacsayhuaman along the old inca trails via Q'uenko etc. and then back down into Cusco via San Blas. Takes about 3-4 hours and the views are spectacular.
Some photos etc on our blog

Your itinerary is fine, but i have few suggestions to share. On the day of your arrival, you should relax for the day so that you can take rest and be energetic for the next day. Otherwise you will be tired and you can not be able to enjoy the trip and for Cusco only three days are sufficient. Other than these two points the whole itinerary of yours are fine.

Looks to me like you're too focused on Cuzco and surroundings... it's an amazing area, but by no means everything Peru has to offer.
I would take out some days there, and add either Puno/Lake Titicaca, or Arequipa/Colca.
You can catch internal flights or even better, take night buses to make the most out of your days and save money.

I don't think you really have enough time to add another location.
I might move one day from Cusco to Pisac but you can just as easily do Pisac from Cusco. Try to do Pisac on a Sunday to see the Mayors at the chapel.

I agree with mlgb, you really don't have enough time to squeeze in another destination. There is a lot to see in Cusco and the SV and it needs to be taken at a slow pace, at least for the first couple of days when you will be getting used to the altitude.
Puno and Arequipa as suggested by carmenbona are indeed great places (Arequipa is one of my favourite coities in South America) but you would need to add 4-5 days to Titicaca and Arequipa justice.

Crellston and mlgb are the experts here but I might chime in one thought. I had a month in Peru last April, and while I loved Cusco, if there was a place that I was sad I didn't allow enough time for it was the Sacred Valley. Cusco has many charms. But I'd have traded time there for more exploration around and about one of the most gorgeous places Peru has to offer, including taking a horseback ride on one of Peru's famous paso horses to see it from high up if you are so inclined. This is where I really agree with Crellston- take the time to see why the valley is sacred. My guess is that you'll be glad you did.
Happy travels!
