Peru itinerary - comments please

I found this special at luxury link. It looks like it's too good to be true. I know the domestic flights/train will add another $700 pp. What do you think? I contacted them and I can add nights and change the order of accomodations. I would add one nt Amazonica and do La Casona before MP. We would probably add nts at beginning and end in Lima just in case...
