Peru and Bolivia

My friend and I will be traveling to Peru and Bolivia in July for approximately 4 weeks. We plan to visit Lima, Cuzco, Machu Picchu, Lake Titicaca, La Paz and Arequipa. We've got the Cuzco and Machu Picchu travel down, but seem to be stumped when it comes to getting to Bolivia and Arequipa. We'd like to fly, but at a reasonable price, and are open to busrides that aren't extremely long or grueling. Any ideas fellow travelers? P.S. We're also open to any suggestions of other great places to see in that general area! Thanks:)
