Need Hotel Recommendation Close to Lima, Peru Airport

Jump to last reply

During our upcoming trip to Lima and Machu Picchu, we need to get a hotel that's convenient to the Lima airport for a one night stay the night before we depart for home.

Our flight from Cusco to Lima arrives around 4:30 pm, and our flight to the US leaves Lima around 7:00 am the next day. We will have already spent several days in Miraflores prior to going to Cusco, so we don't necessarily need to go back to that airport.

I know there is a hotel right at the airport, but I don't think that's really necessary. Is there another hotel you would suggest for just the one night that's not tooooo far from the airport and is in a relatively safe location? We'll have our two kids with us, so we might need to get two rooms.
