Jungle excursion in Peru

Hello - I am traveling for 10 days to Peru with my two kids (in their twenties). We would like to do a 2 day/one night trip to the Amazon and are trying to economize as much as possible. Is there a tour company or a hotel that does tours that you could suggest? We are used to pretty basic travel in Latin America, so we don't need luxury.
Also, traveling by car from Cuzco to Olly. and surrounding areas - what is best way to find a driver who will guide you around and about what is the cost? Thanks so much.
