How does my 2 week Columbia itinerary sound?

Hi everyone, my wife and I are trying to put together a (semi) last-minute vacation for 2 weeks to Columbia. Shooting for the last few weeks of July or first few of August. From the forum and various websites I put together a rough plan and wanted to see what the community's feedback was on it.

A quick background on us: my wife and I are in our mid-30s and have done a fair amount of traveling, most of which has taken place in Latin countries (Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Bolivia, Peru and Costa Rica). The purpose of this trip is mainly to relax (my in-laws just stayed with us for 6 weeks, we need a vacation!) plus a touch of exploring a new country and culture. We typically like to stay in airbnb rentals but are comfortable in hostels and enjoy camping/roughing it as well (Tayrona looks appealing!). We do like to splurge on food so if you have any good "foodie" style restaurants / dining recommendations please let me know. I think I have a good mix of the city, surf and relaxation lined up but please let me know if you have any recommended changes or additions (or subtractions).

Day 1: Arrive in Bogota
Day 2: Bogota
Day 3: Bogota
Day 4: Bogota
Day 5: Medellin
Day 6: Medellin
Day 7: Cartagena
Day 8: Cartagena
Day 9: Cartagena
Day 10: Santa Marta
Day 11: Tayrona
Day 12: Tayrona
Day 13: Santa Marta / Bogota
Day 14: Fly home

Questions I have:
-To much time in Bogota?
-Medellin worth it? Or should I add more time to the beach (or elsewhere?)
-2 nights in Tayrona or 1? Ecohabs worth the splurge?
-I was reading about a place called Palomino east of Tayron - worth a night's adventure there?

Thanks in advance everyone!
