My husband and I are trying to decide whether to go to Macchu Pichu with a package tour by Go Ahead tours who are headquartered in Boston or whether to go ourselves only and have a tour put together just for us. Has anybody had any experience with Go Ahead? Does anyone have tour company recommendations?
Experience with Go Ahead tours hq'd in Boston?

I went on a tour of Europe with Go Ahead, and it was ok, everything was delivered as promised. They were no better or worse than other companies I've toured with within that price point.
We have taken two tours to Italy with Go Ahead and they were both excellent. However when we went to Peru we went with Gate One Travel because we liked the itinerary better- it included Lake Titicaca. I hope this reply isn't late for you. However you go you will find Peru fascinating.
