We will be dining at MAP Cafe, Inka Grill, and Greens. Is it safe to eat salads and uncooked vegetables (and of course, pisco sours) at these restaurants? Getting ill is bad enough, but getting ill after an expensive meal is even worse!

I had a salad at Greens and was fine. They have either their own farm or a dedicated source. Can't vouch for the other two.
We ate at both MAP Cafe and Inka Grill. No problem! Often restaurants will say on their menus that the vegetables are washed with filtered water.
Thanks to both of you. Pamonroy, would you recommend MAP over Inka Grill or vice versa? Is MAP worth the extra cost?
