tripplanner001: in theory, exchanging at the blue rate is an illegal activity. So, that means no one is going to tell you, on a public forum, where to go. Ask your hotel, guide or whatever. You should also know that, as you get farther away from Buenos Aires, the rate you'll get will deteriorate.

US 100 dollar bills in good shape are best, but reals should also be readily exchanged.
