Chilean fiords/ Kirke Narrows

Our surname is Kirke and we would like to go through the Kirke Narrows in the Chilean fiords. Is it possible to do a day trip from Puerto Natales, which would include this, rather than a cruise taking several days? Any first hand knowledge would be great.
