There are a few in Colonia. I would like to mention that Uruguay makes good cheeses but the experience of visiting a cheese farm is far from that of visiting a traditional cheese maker like Parmigiano in Italy or something like that.... are you interested for business or pleasure....only curious...
Just pleasure...one of my friends mentioned they would like to go there to see how it's made on a small farm. If you know of any that would allow us to drop by to learn a little about how it's made and about their farm I would love to know. Thanks!
