Buenos Aires: How to get from EZE to AEP?

We decided to go for it and continue on to Iguazu Falls later on arrival day for our first time in Argentina, on a tight and hurridly put together itinerary.
Flying into Aeropuerto Internacional de Ezeiza Ministro Pistarini (EZE) Buenos Aires on American, schedule arrival is 9:55AM. Need to transfer to Aeroparque Jorge Newbery (AEP) for our 4:30 PM flight to Iguazu Falls.
I would like information as to how to obtain a taxi or other quick transfer to AEP.
Also, I understand there is not much in the way of eating options at EZE. What about AEP? Can we find a decent meal there?
Or, time permitting,should we stop somewhere enroute for a quick meal? If so, where would one stop? (We generally carry variety of energy bars, etc., just in case in matters like this.)
We realize the uncertainties of timing of all this, but I figure with about 5 hours or more, we should theoretically be able to make it.
