I've booked our trip to Buenos Aires for this summer! On the way home, we have a six hour layover in Bogota. I might want to explore, but I doubt very much that partner will. I would love to set him up with a room to relax in while we wait, but my web searches don't turn up anything. Is it even possible to book a room from noon to six? I know that during an unexpected layover in Los Angeles once, the airline set us up with a room for a few hours. Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

Pretty sure that they do not do this yet at the airport hotels nearish to the airport. There is certainly no place inside the airport itself. The centre of town with the
Museo del Oro and Candelaria district is 20-25 minutes away in a $10 cab. Head there, book a bed in a hostel for the day and then you can explore the colonial centre and have a good lunch!
