Before going to Bogota a few years ago, I remember reading many, many references to - was it - Mike's? Seemed to be the best known. I think it has reviews all over travel boards. We passed their location in San Telmo - as a ride was just beginning. Kind of sorry we never got around to going with them actually. Are you aware that a fair number of miles in the city are closed to cars - for benefit of bike traffic - on Sundays?

Mike's is the one we heard about as well. I thought about doing it for about a minute - Bogota is very hilly and I actually had some trouble with the altitude there. That may have been compounded by the pollution, as I've been to higher cities and not had the same problems. I was pleasantly surprised by Bogota though - lots to see there, and we really enjoyed our few days there.

Bogota it is a big city, you won't see a lot by bicycle, besides it depends on what you want to see, if you want to see the old part "la candelaria" you can go on foot, there you can go to Monserrate and have a full view of the city, if you want to see the trendy part you can go to parque de la 93 or la 82 ...
