Best BA neighborhood to stay in?

Jump to last reply

My husband and I plan to stay 4 nights in Buenos Aires after a Cape Horn cruise in March 2018.

There are so many interesting neighborhoods. Which is a good area to stay in? I'm looking for quiet, safe, and central for tourist attractions. We enjoy walking, but aren't interested in going out to bars or clubs at night. I also would like to rent an apartment or stay at an aparthotel.

I've heard a lot about Recoleta, is that a good hotel area?
