Beaches in South American easily accessible from BA, Arg?!

SO I am in need of some advice on where to go after a work trip in Buenos Aires in mid October..Wherever I go, I would really love a place with a beach, awesome people, surfboards, music and food. I love love the idea of Mancora, Peru, Maconita,Ecuador or Tayrona, Colombia but unfortunately, I only have 6 days to enjoy the place I choose so I'm not sure which would be best?

I guess what I'm asking is there a place with everything above that is even worth making a longer trip to for only six days? Or am I living a pipe dream and there are way better ways to spend 6 days? I'll take any suggestions!!!!
