Argentina entry fee

We're returning to Brazil later this year and plan to stay at the Sheraton at Iguazu Falls. We already have a valid visa for Brazil, but I'm wondering if we'll have to pay the new entry fee when we drive into Argentina from Brazil. The website for the US embassy in Buenos Aires says the entry fee will be collected only at EZE. Has anyone had any recent experience?
