Are there any group day tours to Caral from Lima? I am travelling on my own and all of the day tours I have seen say you need a minimum of two people. I would just like to join into an exisring group.
Thanks
Are there any group day tours to Caral?

I am signed up wih Groupon in Peru and a few days ago they had a notice about a Peruvian tour company with infrequent tours to Caral (which will be in Spanish). The dates listed were 15 de abril, 6 de mayo, 27 de mayo y 17 de junio (Sundays).
If this works for you the name of the company is Jovi Tours. I have never used them. The email is jovitours1@hotmail.com
Thanks for the information, unfortunately I won't be going until October.
They may be going then too and those dates are valid ones for that Groupon. You could try to email them.
If I'm able to find more out when I go in May I'll post again.
LimaTours
limamentor.com
mysteryperu.com
have some offerings usually
limacabs.com a driver guide
for me last under $50/pp/da
all in from mirafloresperu.com.
It's really more like $10 or $20 an hour depending on the language skills.
I found another one, they claim to leave every Saturday.
I know nothing about them.

Thanks mlgb, it works out I will be in Lima on a Saturday so I will look further into this tour.
I took my Groupon Tour to Caral with a Lima based company today. It became a private tour when the other 4 scheduled tourists never showed!
The Caral site and Supe Valley are impressive. There are interpretive panels (most with English translations) and you are led by a community based Spanish language guide, so the tour company was basically providing transport. Bear in mind that it is a long day and that includes a good hour on each end of horrible Lima traffic.
The agency staff was quite nice and after touring the site we stopped in Huacho for lunch at a good local seafood restaurant called "Cebicheff". I was so happy it was not a standard chicken lunch.
The company is www.jfctoursperu.com, if you are fine with Spanish only. With the groupon it was only 79 nuevo soles , i think regular was 170 plus or minus a few.
Alternatives I was quoted 300 soles for a taxi and someone else paid a tour company $300 for a private tour so I am pretty happy with what I had.
I think the kiosk in Park Kennedy also had some dates for Caral group tours listed but not every day.
