Anyone been to Huanta, Peru?

Jump to last reply

Hi all. My 16 year old daughter is interested in traveling to Huanta, Peru, with a church group this summer to build a church and I am a little spooked about safety /travel risks after reading the US State Department's consular information sheet. Any advice or experience with travel in this area? We do plan to contact the embassy for further info as well if things look promising. Thanks for your help!
