10 day itinerary questions

Here is my planned itinerary

Thu, Aug 28 Arrive at Arequipa, spend day in Arequipa get acclimated
Fri, Aug 29 1/2 day water rafting and sight seeing in Arequipa
Sat, Aug 30 Colca Tour
Sun, Aug 31 Colca Tour ,bus to Puno
Mon, Sep 1 qeros or inka express bus from puno to cusco, buy bus tickets to MP
Tue, Sep 2
Wed, Sep 3
Thu, Sep 4 Eve Train to Aguas Caliente
Fri, Sep 5 Machu Pichu and Huyana Pichu, Return to Ollantaytambo in evening by train
Sat, Sep 6 Fly to Lima, Deposit bag at airpot and sightsee, leave at night

Above is an updated itinerary based on my previous post. Here are my questions.

1)Please help with which city to stay and what sightseeing to do on Sept 2,3 and 4. I'll stay in Cusco on Sept 1 after arriving from Puno but after that its all open.

2)Any recommendation for tour companies/guides for Cusco/SV sightseeing ?

3) After reading lots of reviews I have decided to skip Lake Titicaca area and just do the bus tour from Puno to Cusco. Hope the additional day saved here would be well spent in Sacred Valley.

I am intentionally starting the trip slow at Arequipa as I am not sure how we will respond to the altitude.

Thanks in advance.
