My Husband and I are going to Cancun in the next month and would like to know if anyone has stayed at the Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun?!?! How is the beach and service?!?! <BR>Thanks a ton! <BR>

Hi Joy, I will be going to the Fiesta Americana this May. We got a timeshare there. I have never been there. I do believe it is a gold crown resort though. Have a great time and post me when you get back and let me know how you like the place.

I did not stay at the hotel but had dinner at the restuarant and it was fabulous, so was the atmosphere and layout of the lobby and lounge. If the accomondatins are at all like the rest of the hotel your in for a treat! Enjoy!

Joy, My husbankd and I stayed there for our honeymoon in OCT 97. It is a beautiful hotel. The resturants are great but a bit expensive. The people are really nice and the rooms are very nice as well. The grounds are beautiful as well and it is right on the gorgeous white sand beach. The service is really good. They have a gym and gift shop, boutique and travel agency in the hotel. Everyone is really helpful and nice and it is within walking distance to alot ofo really nice resturants and a scuba shop. If you like seafood try to eat at MANGO TANGO. There are 3 Fiesta Americana properties on Cancun, The Fiesta Americana Coral Beach, Fiesta Americana Cancun, then there is the Fiesta Americana Codesssa. I have stayed at the Fiesta Americana Cancun 6 times..and I find it to be the smaller and more personable of the three,. All three are excellent they just offer different things. The Coral Beach is the more grander of the the thre it is a all suite hotel. The Fiesta Cancun is smaller and more mexican village type,the staff treat you like family, not impersonable at all and it is on the bay side (calmer water) which I prefer, so is the Coral Beach. Now the Condessa is all the way down near the end of the strip on the ocean side, rougher. It is a big hotel and impeccable service. So, which ever you choose you can't go wrong.
