World Cup Bars: Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama.

I plan to be in Managua by the start of the World Cup and would like to know of any good spots to watch some of the first matches. Specifically the USA-England match, but I'll scope out recommendations for Fridays matches as well. I plan on staying in the Barrio Martha Quezada area, but if its a spot with a lot of other fans I'd be willing to go anywhere in town.

I'll take any recommendations for the following locations too:

Granada, Nicaragua
San Jose, Costa Rica
David, Panama
Panama City, Panama
