You can buy Ladatel phone cards at newstands, convenience stores, hotel shops, supermarkets...<BR><BR>You can buy them in 30, 50 and 100 peso denominations. For calling the US, the best is the 100 peso.<BR><BR>I read someone hear that wrote that Verizon charges 85 cents a minute, including roaming charges. Maybe you want to check that.

They sell the cards everywhere! Even at stop lights there are often people hawking them and there are Ladatel phones on streets everywhere. Cost to US is basically one dollar per hour. Long distance shops are also 10 pesos per minute, but drop after 8 at night.<BR>
