What to do in Belize?

I would really like to see the Mayan ruins. Besides that, what else is there to do there? Thanks!! Can you snorkel there??

You need a guidebook! Yes, lots of snorkeling, caving, a variety of cultures, hiking, canoing, much more. My photos, blogs, and travelogues are below. Happy trails!

PS I just received an email alert from farecompare.com that flight costs from PDX (Portland, OR) to Belize are down more than 25% since yesterday; flights to Honduras are down even more. Don't know if that applies to anyone but I thought I put it out there just in case.

Split your time between the coast and inland. Lots of Mayan sites to choose from, many caving opportunities (don't miss ATM cave), awesome snorkeling/diving/ fishing, plus zip lining, canoeing, horseback riding, cultural visits, jungle hikes, zoo and more. You certainly won't lack for things to do. Happy planning.

Although I haven't been to every country in Central America, I think everyone of them has awesome things to see and do. They're all on my 'short list'.....

If you like wildlife, waterfalls, volcanoes and that sort of thing, Costa Rica is wonderful.

There's nothing to do in Belize. I recommend Orlando instead. Obviously, I'm kidding. Love Belize and there are tons of things to do
